She has been the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Commercial International Bank in Egypt since November 6, 2024, and is the first woman to hold this position in the bank.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of: Heliopolis Company for Housing & Development since August 14, 2021, and the Middle East Credit Rating and Investor Services Company “MERIS”. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the we owe it to Egypt foundation‎.

Nevine was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial International Bank in March 2023.

She has over 35 years of experience in the banking sector, leading business strategies, financial planning and mergers and acquisitions.

She held the position of Head of New Projects and Investments Evaluation at INI Investments between 2021 and 2023, and held several positions at the Arab African International Bank , including: Assistant Managing Director and Head of the Business Strategies Group and the Finance Group, Senior Manager in the Investment division between 2000 and 2002, Deputy Manager and Banker between 1994 and 2000, and worked as a financial analyst at Xerox between 1986 and 1990.

She assumed the position of Chairwoman of AAIB Holding Company, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Metallurgical Industries Holding company, and the Arab African Investment Management Company, and represented the Arab African International Bank in the International Capital Markets Association.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo in 1984.
