Nour El-Din Makhlouf's Bio

Director General of the “ General Organization for Oil Refining and Distribution of Petroleum Derivatives ” between 2009 and 2011, Syrian Arab Republic. He held several positions in the “ General Company for Homs Refinery ”, namely: General Manager between 2006 and 2009, Assistant General Manager between 2005 and 2006, Director of Planning and Economic Affairs between 2003 and 2006, Head of the Facilities Projects Department in the Technology and Projects Directorate between 2001 and 2002, and Head of the Processors Department. Water between 1989 and 1997, head of the units for transporting and storing crude oil and petroleum derivatives between 1983 and 1989, and a shift engineer in the Czech Distillation Unit between 1982 and 1983. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering in 1980 from Al-Baath University .
