She has been the Head of Digital Sector at Abu Dhabi Ports Company since February 2020, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy and Abu Dhabi Marine Services Company ( Safeen ).

She held several positions at Maqta Gateway , including: General Manager between 2016 and 2018, Senior Manager between 2015 and 2016, Port Community System Project Manager during 2015, Research Assistant at Khalifa University between 2009 and 2016, Research Assistant at United Arab Emirates University between 2007 and 2009, and Vice President of the Emirates Digital Society for Women’s Support.

She has received numerous awards including: “Best Young Personality Award” for 2019 at the Seatrade Awards in London, “Entrepreneur Award” for 2018 from “IBJ”, “Seatrade Maritime Award for Women’s Integration in the Maritime Sector”, “Emirates Women Leadership Award”, and “Best Pipe Inspection Robot Award” from “Schlumberger”.

She holds a PhD in Engineering in 2016 from Masdar Institute of Science and Technology ( Masdar Institute ), a Master’s in Engineering Systems and Management in 2011 from the same institute, and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering in 2009 from the United Arab Emirates University .
