He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society in the United Kingdom.

He held a number of positions in the General Civil Aviation Authority - UAE , including:

  • Assistant Director of Emerging Technologies.
  • Senior Policy and Regulatory Specialist.
  • Policy and Regulatory Specialist.
  • Safety and Strategic Performance Specialist.

He was also a First Officer on a Boeing 777 for Etihad Airways and a First Officer on an Airbus A380 for Emirates Airlines .

He obtained a Commercial Pilot License in 2007 from Flight Training Adelaide, and a Diploma in Aviation Sciences in 2007 from Emirates Aviation University .
