She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hub71 since October 2019.

She served as Executive Director of the Innovation and Foresight Sector at the Abu Dhabi Government Support Department, Acting Director General of Government Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, Executive Director at the Abu Dhabi Development Accelerators Program “Ghadan 21” between 2019 and 2021, Acting Undersecretary at the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development between 2017 and 2019, and Senior Advisor at the UAE Embassy in Washington between 2014 and 2017.

She was a Social Development Advisor at the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, co-founded GYEM and chaired the board of directors of the organization between 2013 and 2017, served as a board member of Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi between 2014 and 2016, and co-founded Ewaa Shelter for Women and Children.

She worked as a Project Manager at the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi between 2007 and 2009, as a Human Resources Development Program Manager at the United Nations Development Program (UNPD) between 2002 and 2007, and as a Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking at HSBC Bank between 1999 and 2002.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2013 from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Master’s degree in Development Studies in 2004 from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
