He is a founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ El Sewedy Electric Company ”, and a founding partner in “El Sewedy Electric Company - Syria” in the Syrian Arab Republic. He owns 100 shares in the company, representing 0.02%, worth 50,000 Syrian pounds.

He is also a founding partner and a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Suwaidi Plastic Company “Sed Plast” in Syria, and owns 11,500 shares in the company, representing 0.5%, worth 1,150,000 Syrian pounds.

He held the position of General Manager of “Al Suwaidi Trading and Distribution Company”.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting from Cairo University in 1982.
