Executive Director of the Dubai Export Development Corporation since August 2007, United Arab Emirates. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Etihad Export Credit Company , a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates International Accreditation Centre , the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Projects Company. He served as Executive Director of Operations in the Environment, Health and Safety Department at the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation . He began his career working at Dubai Municipality in 1988 before moving to the Ports and Customs Corporation in 1998. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and a Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States of America.
