She held several leadership positions in the human resources sector, including: Head of Human Capital at United Arab Bank between 2016 and 2018, Director of National Human Resources Development and Recruitment at Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts Group in 2016, Director of Human Capital at the same group between 2014 and 2016, and Director of Human Capital at Imdad Group between 2012 and 2014.

She also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Ajman Bank between 2011 and 2012, Head of Human Resources at Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani Group between 2010 and 2011, Director of Human Resources at Tamdeen Company, a subsidiary of TECOM Group, between 2008 and 2011, and Executive Director of Human Capital at Dubai International Financial Centre between 2007 and 2008, in addition to her work in the Compensation and Benefits Department at Emirates NBD between 1997 and 2007.

She holds an Executive Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2014 from the Indian Institute of Business Administration, a Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Public Administration in 1997 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE, and a Certificate in Strategy Implementation Leadership in Financial Services from Harvard Business School.
