Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Abu Dhabi Investment Gateway ” since 2009, United Arab Emirates.

He is the founder and chairman of “Enjazat Services Company” since 2009, “Leaves Garden Real Estate Development” in Armenia since 2015, and the chairman of “ Emirates Social Media Association ”. He also chairs the board of directors of “ Emirates International Investment Company - Armenia”.

Al-Muqbali held a number of positions, including:

• UAE Ambassador to the Union of the Comoros between 2019 and 2023.
• Advisor at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs between 2015 and 2017.
• Undersecretary of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs for the Community Affairs Sector between 2004 and 2015.
• Chairman of the Follow-up Committee on Aid Provided to the Arab Republic of Egypt between 2012 and 2014
• Director General of the Office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan for Special Affairs between 2003 and 2006.
• Director of the Personnel Department at the Office of the President of the State between 2000 and 2004.
• Head of the Personnel Department at the President's Office between 1997 and 2000.
• Director of the Office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan for Special Affairs between 1990 and 1997.

He worked in public relations at the private office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed between 1985 and 1990.

He also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Das Holding Company" between 2009 and 2007, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies, namely: "United Holding Group" between 2002 and 2007, "Asayel Stocks and Bonds Company", and "Tamkeen Company". In the private sector, Al Muqbali held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Emirates Chess Federation" between 2012 and 2016, a member of the Board of Directors of the "National Olympic Committee" between 2012 and 2016, Head of Strategic Development at the "International Chess Federation" between 2015 and 2016, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Abu Dhabi Chess and Culture Club" between 2010 and 2012.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Manazel Real Estate Company”, “Cap M Investment Company”, and the “ National Media Council ” between 2015 and 2017, and the “ Abu Dhabi Housing Authority ” between 2013 and 2017, and a member of the President’s Appreciation Award Committee between 2017 and 2013, the Supreme Committee for the Management of the Fund for Settling Citizens’ Bad Debts between 2011 and 2013, and the Committee for Following Up on the Implementation of the President’s Initiatives between 2011 and 2013. He was one of the founding members of a number of associations, including: “We Are All Emirates Association”, “Entrepreneurs Association”, and “Saed Association for Reducing Traffic Accidents”.

He was awarded the “Extraordinary Nobility Award” in 2016 by Prince Bandar bin Salman Al Saud, and also received an honorary doctorate in international relations.

He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Administration and a Higher Diploma in Information Technology.
