She is also a certified trainer and a member of the " Emirates Association of Management Consultants and Trainers ", the "Ideal Expert Center for Educational and Educational Consultations" in Saudi Arabia, the "Zari International Center for Consulting and Training" in Bahrain, a strategic partner of the "Awareness Exhibition", and Deputy Director General of "Kul Al Nas Forums". She is active in spreading the culture of positive thinking and coexistence, as she launched many social initiatives, including: "Because You Are the Most Important" initiative to spread the culture of cancer awareness, and "I Am a Hero" initiative to honor cancer survivors. She also represented the UAE in the "Arab Women Campaign" and the "Queen of Social Responsibility Program" at the Arab world level. She worked as Head of the School Services Unit and Secretary of "Al-Qayyim School for Basic Education" between 2004 and 2019, Secretary of "Anisa School for Basic Education" between 2002 and 2004, Administrative Secretary in the First Guidance Department at the Ministry of Education in Dubai between 1991 and 2002, and Administrator in the Medical Records Department at the Dubai Medical Services Department between 1990 and 1991. She has a literary publication entitled "Heart Bells", and in the field of television presentation, she presented the "Heart Bells" program on Sharjah Radio. She won the "Founding Leader Award" for the category of Best Initiative for the Year of Tolerance in 2019, and the "Founding Leader Award" for the category of Best Employee in the Educational Field in 2017, and was honored as an Ambassador of Positivity and Happiness and the Best Influential Personality in the Arabian Gulf at the "Entrepreneurs Forum" in Kuwait in 2018. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from "Zeus University" in the United States of America, a Master's degree in Life Coaching from the same university, a mini-master's degree in Quality Training and Development from the "International Center for Professional Managers for Training", a diploma in medium and small projects, and a diploma in educational qualification specializing in secretarial work.
