Senior Deputy Group CEO for Finance at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) since July 2023, State of Kuwait.

He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Baytak Capital Investment Company ”, the General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions “CIBAFI” in the Kingdom of Bahrain, a member of the Board of Directors of “ Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain ”, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions “AOIFI” in Bahrain.

He held the position of Group CFO at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) between 2014 and 2023, and Acting CEO of the same company.

He also held several executive positions at Ahli United Bank, including: General Manager of Finance in Kuwait between 2009 and 2014, Head of the Financial Group at the bank’s branch in Bahrain between 2005 and 2009, and Head of the Financial Systems and Operations Department at Al Rajhi Bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between 2000 and 2005, in addition to his work as an external auditor at Ernst & Young.

He holds an MBA in 2014 from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1992 from the University of Jordan , a Certified Public Accountant in 1996 from the State of Illinois in the United States of America, an audit license from the Gordon Auditing Profession Board since 1996, and a Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA) in 2006 from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AOIFI) .
