He is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of “ Bin Zayed Group ”, chairman of the board of directors of “ Al Firdaws Holding Company ”, “Salama Company”, “ Rochester Institute of Technology - Dubai ”, “Injaz Al Arab-UAE”, chairman of the “UAE Sailing and Modern Rowing Federation”, vice chairman of the board of “Injaz Al Arab-Middle East and Africa”, and a member of the board of directors of “Injaz Al Arab Organization”.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) , Vice Chairman of the Charity Works Authority and the Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation for Human Development and Advancement , and a member of: Abraaj Capital , Dubai Real Estate - Wasl Asset Management Group , the Emirates Insurance Authority , the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government , the Dubai Economic Council , and the Young Arab Leaders Foundation (YAL).

He holds a PhD in Finance from Michigan State University in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University in the United States of America.
