He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group ” since July 1995, and the second director and joint partner in “Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib and Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al Habib Company,” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 50% of the company’s capital.

He has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Thamara Investment Company” since 2007, a member of the Board of Directors of “Mohammed Al Habib & Partners Real Estate Investment Company” since 2006, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “ Saudi National Museum ” since April 21, 2020.

He assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Pharmacy Company “Whites” between 2007 and 2019, and served as a member of the “ Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry ” between 2005 and 2008, and headed its medical committee between 2004 and 2008. He also held the position of Head of the Pediatrics Department at the “Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh” between 1988 and 1991, a part-time advisor in the “Saudi Ministry of Health” between 1985 and 1989, and chief physician at “King Khalid University Hospital” between 1986 and 1988.

Forbes Middle East ranked him first on the list of “The Most Powerful Healthcare Leaders in the Middle East” for the year 2022.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1977 from King Saud University, and a Fellowship in Medicine and Pediatrics in 1984 from the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom.
