She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the United Arab Emirates University .

She held the position of CEO of both ADNOC Sour Gas Company between October 2020 and January 2023, and Al Yasat Petroleum Operations Company between 2018 and 2020.

She also held several positions at ADNOC Onshore , including: Vice President between June 2013 and December 2014, Field Manager between January 2011 and June 2013, Operations Team Leader between 2009 and 2011, Senior Reservoir Engineer between 2005 and 2007, and Reservoir Engineer between 2002 and 2005.

Forbes magazine ranked her among the “100 Most Powerful Businesswomen in the Middle East” for 2023.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering in 2001 from the United Arab Emirates University.
