He is a certified expert in the use of psychoanalytic tools, including: “MBTI”, “TKI”, “FiroB”, and “Hoga”, and he is also a certified expert in the courses of key performance indicators and the balanced scorecard.

He held the position of Head of Talent Management and Development at “Elsewedy Electric Company” between 2020 and 2021, Director of Human Resources at “ Hael Saeed Anam Group ” during 2012, and Secretary of the Presidency of the Arab Republic of Egypt between 1999 and 2005.

He held several positions at Unilever , including: Director of Human Resources for Global Supply Chains in Singapore in 2011, and Director of Leadership and Organizational Development in the Middle East and North Africa region between 2008 and 2010. He also worked as a trainer at the Unilever Human Resources Academy between 2007 and 2012.

He received the “Ideal Employee Award” at the global distribution market level from “Braun” in 2019, and the “Talent Award” for the Africa, Middle East and Turkey region from “Unilever” in 2009.

He has over 23 years of experience in human resources, financial services, banking, government relations, education and organizational development, gained during his work in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Morocco, Singapore, Central and South Africa and England.

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources in 2005, a Master’s degree in Financial Management in 2002 from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in France, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
