He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Noor Bank ", the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Dubai Islamic Bank ", and a member of the Advisory Council of the " Dubai Chamber ".

He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Islamic Bank in April 2012.

He was included in the "Pioneers in Philanthropy" list for 2025 after announcing his donation of $2,724,795 to the "Fathers Fund Campaign".

He obtained a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Bridgeport in the United States of America in 1996, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Architecture from the same university in 1990.
