She is a researcher specializing in life and social relations in the workplace and their impact on institutional performance, and the founder of Salam Company for Professional Consulting.

She is also a candidate for the 2023 Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Dubai.

She held several positions at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), including: Project Management Specialist between 2013 and 2015. She also held the position of IT Project Manager at Al-Futtaim, Project Manager and Technical Support Engineer at both the Community Development Authority in Dubai between 2008 and 2012, and the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai . She was also an engineer in the Technical Support Office at the Dubai Health Authority .

She holds a PhD in Business Administration in 2019 from the United Arab Emirates University , a Master’s in Project Management in 2012 from the Australian National University in Australia, a Bachelor’s in Public Business Administration in 2010 from the Higher Colleges of Technology , a Higher Diploma in E-Commerce in 2008 from the Higher Colleges of Technology, in addition to a Certificate of Achievement and Diploma in Information Systems in 2002 from the same institution, and a Certificate of Achievement in the Young Leaders Program in 2009 from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development.
