CEO of " Arabian Packaging Company " since November 2022, United Arab Emirates.

He is the CEO of the Middle East Paper Company ( MEPCO ) in Saudi Arabia, effective January 1, 2027.

He is a member of the " Engineers Syndicate in Lebanon " and a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Paper and Tissue Group "Dubat" affiliated with the " Dubai Chambers " since September 2025.

He served as Chief Operating Officer at “ OPEGY Chemicals Group ”, Vice President and Regional General Manager at “ INDEFCO Group ”, and also worked as General Manager at “Unipack Company” in Lebanon.

He also oversaw mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, and the development of industrial operations in a number of regional and international markets.

He has 25 years of experience in the capital-intensive industries sector and in the areas of operational transformation, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the management and development of complex production networks in a number of markets.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Economics and Finance from Concordia University in Canada (1996) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (1992).
