He is a member of the Board of Directors of “ Dana Gas Company ” since April 28, 2021, the “ Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates ” since 2008, the “ Emirates Development Bank ” and the “Abu Dhabi Investment Council”, and a member of the Council of the “ United Arab Emirates University ”. Member of the Emirates Council for Gender Balance , member of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member of the Investment Committee of the General Pensions and Social Security Authority since 2007.

He has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Etihad Credit Information Company since 2012, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Monetary Fund since 2013.

He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Development Bank , and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Petroleum Company between 2009 and 2012, the National Transport Authority between 2003 and 2008, and the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company “du” between 2009 and 2013.

He holds a master’s degree in engineering management from Northwest University, a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Boston University, and an executive management program certificate from Harvard Business School in the United States of America.
