She held several positions at Dubai Taxi Corporation including: Director of Corporate Communications, Events and Partnerships between 2014 and 2016, Director of Marketing and Media between 2009 and 2014, Resources and Support Specialist between July and December 2009, and held the position of Publishing Manager at the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai between 2007 and 2009, and Acting Director of Publishing and Senior Public Relations Officer at the same authority between 2006 and 2007. She also worked as a Media Coordinator at the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation between 2001 and 2006, and a staff correspondent at both Gulf News between 2000 and 2001, and Khaleej Times between 1997 and 2000. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from the United Arab Emirates University in 1997.
