Catrion Catering Holding Company, formerly known as Saudi Arabian Catering Company, was established on January 29, 2008, in Saudi Arabia. It has been publicly traded on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) since July 2012.

Catrion offers a wide range of catering, support, and hospitality services to airlines and other prominent companies across various sectors. These services encompass food and beverage catering, menu planning and coordination, frozen meal production, lounge management, retail channel management, commercial laundries, accommodation, and security services. The company also manages restaurants, duty-free shops, and food stores at airports, and engages in the import and export of food products.

Furthermore, Catrion handles in-flight sales for Saudi Airlines and Nas Airlines, as well as retail sales in hotels and airports. It manages and operates Fursan Lounges at King Abdulaziz International Airport, King Khalid International Airport, King Fahd International Airport, and Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport. The company also provides catering services to Umrah and Hajj pilgrims in Mecca and Medina. Additionally, Catrion offers culinary training, hospitality and cooking education, and security services for its own operations and for third parties across all operational, administrative, and residential locations in Saudi Arabia.
