He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Bayan Credit Information Company ” and “ Enjaz Payment Services Company ” since November 2021, and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Albilad Financial Company ” since June 2016.

He has been a member of the board of directors of the Human Resources Development Fund “ Hadaf ” since March 2024, the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund since November 2023, the Arab Regional Clearing and Settlement Corporation “Buna” representing Saudi Arabia, a member of the executive committee of Albilad Financial Company, and a member of the advisory board of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since January 2019.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the banking, investment and treasury, risk and credit, strategy and leadership sectors, during which he held leadership positions in several banks, including the position of CEO at "Bank Albilad", and Head of Business at the same bank.

He participated in several local and international seminars and conferences in the field of banking, including: the World Bank Annual Meetings, representing “Bank Albilad” and Saudi banks.

He won the "Best CEO of Large Organizations Award" at the fifth edition of the " International Labor Market Conference ".

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Operations Research from King Saud University in 1987. He also completed several courses and training programs, such as the Executive Education Program from INSEAD and the Global Executive Program from IESE Business School in Spain.
