He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Al Taawuniya Insurance Company ” since April 19, 2020, and as a member of the Board of Directors of “ Mahara Human Resources Company ” since 2018, and Chairman of the Audit Committee in the same company since May 2024. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of “Entertainment Investment and Development Company” since 2017.

He assumed the position of CEO and board member of " Tahakom Investment Company ", and served on the board of directors of both " National Consulting House Company " and "Al-Taawuniya Insurance Company" before assuming his current position as Chairman of the Board.

He held the position of Executive Vice President of Finance at the Arab Internet Services Company , Executive Vice President of Finance at Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment and Real Estate Development Company , CEO at the National Consulting House Company , and Executive Partner at the same company.

He received the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation in 2014 from the Institute of Internal Auditors in the United States, the Certified Financial Manager (CFM) designation in 2007 from the Institute of Management Accountants in the United States, and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the same institute in 2006.

He holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University in the United States (2002), a Diploma in International Accounting Standards (DipIFR) from the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom (2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University (1995).
