He is the Chairman of the Dubai Council for the Future of Talents, which emerged from the Dubai Future Councils, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government , CEO of Dar Al Ber Society , Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment, and a member of the Board of Directors of Emaar Properties .

He has 25 years of experience in several sectors, having served as Executive Director of Corporate Services at Nakheel, and Executive Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at the same company.

Al Falasi also held the position of Deputy Director General at Dar Al Ber Society , Deputy Director of the General Department of Human Resources at Dubai Police , and Director of the Human Resources Planning Department at the same entity.

He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Dubai Police Academy in 1994.
