Head of Human Resources Department at Emirates Development Bank since July 2022, United Arab Emirates.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Dubai Alumni Association Council since January 2023.

She held the position of Human Resources Manager at Emirates Development Bank between 2019 and 2022, Human Resources Manager at the National Reference Laboratory between January 2017 and September 2019, and Human Resources Manager at the Dubai Government between 2012 and 2016.

She also held a number of positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including: Human Resources Manager between 2009 and 2012, Project Manager between 2008 and 2009, and Group Leader of the University Development Program between 2007 and 2008.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration in 2022 from the University of Dubai , a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management in 2016 from the University of Wollongong in Australia, a Master’s in Sustainability Studies in 2012 from the British University in Dubai , and a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in 2008 from the American University in Dubai .
