He is a founding partner and a member of the Board of Directors of “Al-Watani Al-Islami Company” since 2007, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Al-Ittihad Insurance Company ” since June 10, 2021, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ National Bank of Umm Al-Quwain ” since March 15, 2020.

He is also a certified accounting and banking expert at the Dubai Courts since 2001, a member of the Experts and Arbitration Committee at the same entity, a certified arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre since 2015, and a certified liquidator and auditor at the Dubai International Financial Centre since 2013.

Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of “Union Insurance Company” on June 8, 2021.

He has over 30 years of experience in banking, real estate and accounting.

He held the position of General Manager of “Dubai Emirates NBD Properties” between 2007 and 2017, Senior Manager of “National Bank of Dubai” between 2005 and 2007, and Head of Distribution at the same bank between 2002 and 2005.

He holds a PhD in International Law from Johnson & Wales University in the United States of America in 2017, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the American University in London, a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of Gezira , and a Certificate in Public Accounting from the Association of Chartered Accountants in Britain.
