She is an assistant professor at the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of Sharjah .
She co-chairs the “E-Commerce and Cybersecurity Committee” at the University of Sharjah , in addition to her membership in the “Women and Scientific Research Committee.”
She founded the International Forum for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and chaired the forum’s organizing committee for four years.
She held the position of Director of the Government Communication Department at the Sharjah Economic Development Department , and held several academic positions at the Higher Colleges of Technology , the University of Bahrain , and the Arabian Gulf University .
She won the Rashid Award for Scientific Excellence in 1999 and 2010.
She holds a PhD and Master’s degree from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom, and also holds certificates in innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
