Director General at the “ Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority ” since July 27, 2022, United Arab Emirates.

She served as Acting Director General of the same authority between 2021 and 2022, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Government Academy , Chief Operating Officer of Mubadala Business Management Services Company (MDC) between 2019 and 2021, CEO of Cognit between April 2017 and July 2019, and Acting General Manager of the same company.

She also held several positions at Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) , including: Director between October 2021 and August 2022, Senior Vice President between 2019 and 2021, Vice President in the same company between 2016 and 2018, and Senior Assistant between 2013 and 2015. She was also one of the key members of the Information and Communications Technology Unit team of the Aerospace and Engineering Services Sector, and worked in the company’s Information and Communications Technology Unit.

She was the Executive Vice President of Injazat Data Systems Company ( Injazat ), and was assigned to oversee one of the company’s major strategic initiatives.

She also served as a First Lieutenant in the Integrated Logistics Sector of the UAE Armed Forces between July 2003 and November 2007.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2003 from the United Arab Emirates University .
