He served as Head of the Electronic Banking Services and Innovation Department at “ Mashreq Bank ” between 2010 and 2019, and Channel Manager in the same bank between 2009 and 2010. And co-chair of the “Smart Wallet” initiative carried out by the UAE Banks Federation between 2014 and 2016. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in 2015 from Hult Business School in the United States, a master’s degree in marketing, business administration and economics in 2004 from the American University in Washington, and a bachelor’s degree in business information systems and information technology in 2000 from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside in America.
