He is also a Board Member representing Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited in the following companies:

He previously held a number of positions, including:

• Chairman and CEO of Fuji Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., Japan.
• Head of General Insurance Operations at American International Insurance Group (AIG) in Seoul, South Korea from 2001 to 2004
• Vice President and Managing Director of AIG Sigorta in Türkiye between 1997 and 2001.

He held several positions at AIG, including Regional Vice President of Domestic Property and Casualty Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Insurance Group, the Foreign Affairs Council, the Philadelphia Insurance Association, and Chairman of the Insurance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea.

He holds an MBA in International Finance from Drexel University in the United States in 1986, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in the United States in 1983.
