Elizabeth Bramson is CEO & Publisher of MIT Technology Review, the independent media company of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

She took this role in mid-2017 and has overseen a transformation of the organization—from a respected niche print magazine into a global, multi-platform media brand with a sustainable business model.

Previous Experience

• Before joining MIT Technology Review, she was a senior executive at The Economist Group, where she led across many business lines including mergers and acquisitions, editorial and product creation/modernization, sales, marketing, and events.
• Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant advising technology firms on market entry and international expansion.
