He is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of the "SEE Institute", Chairman of the investment board and vice chairman of the board of directors of the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation.

He served as CEO of SEE Holding Group, founded Diamond Developers and chaired its board of directors, and also assumed the position of CEO there.

He was named one of the Middle East Sustainability Leaders of 2024 by Forbes Middle East magazine.

He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Yarmouk University in 1988.
