Founder of “ Al Bahr Construction Company ” since 1983, State of Kuwait.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Kuwait since March 12, 2022, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society .

He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Kuwait in 2005.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Investment Company between 1981 and 1991, and General Manager of the Bank of Kuwait and Bahrain.

He has experience in investment banking, asset management and internal controls.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Alexandria University in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
