• Chief Operating Officer between June 2019 and January 2020.
• Director of Operational Risk and Control between 2018 and 2019.
• Director of Central Inspection and Compliance Operations between 2015 and 2018.

She also worked as the Director of Recruitment and Employee Relations at Jarir Group between December 2013 and May 2015, and as Assistant Director of Business Development at the same group between 2013 and 2014.

She received the “Excellence Award: Banking Operations” from JPMorgan Chase in 2017, and the “Banking Operations Shield Award” from the same company in 2016.

She has over 12 years of experience in business and operations management.

She holds a Master's degree in Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from King Abdulaziz University .
