He held many positions at Mubadala Investment Company, the most important of which was Assistant CEO of the Acquisitions Unit between June 2009 and September 2016, Senior Director between June 2006 and 2009, and CEO of the Advanced Technology Investment Company “ATIC” before Merging it with “Mubadala Investment Company - Mubadala”.

He also served as Director of Business Development at Occidental Petroleum between December 2004 and June 2006, in addition to several positions at Silicon Valley and Packard Bell NEC.

He has experience in investing in the advanced technology sector and acquisitions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Southern California in the United States of America, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems in 1999 from Northeastern University.
