He started his career as Project Manager at Dubai Municipality , and was later promoted to Head of Public Projects Department, then Head of Road Construction Department at the Municipality. He has 31 years of experience, having held several positions at Emaar Properties , including CEO, General Manager of Emaar Bawadi Company, and General Manager of Emaar International, and was responsible for expanding the business in 11 countries in Asia and North Africa. He holds a Diploma in Structural Engineering from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Welsh Polytechnic College in the UK.
