She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand management and public relations. Prior to joining ADNOC Distribution, Jacqueline  served as the Customer Insights, Customer Growth & Marketing Communications Officer and Acting Chief Marketing Officer at Alshaya Group from 2021 to 2024, where she was responsible for customer base growth and marketing transformation for over 70 brands across 11 markets, she was also the Group’s Regional Senior Marketing Director from 2021 to 2022.

Jacqueline held several leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including Middle East & Africa Commercial & Marketing Director between 2019 and 2021, Category Head Feminine Hygiene Egypt, Levant & Pakistan between 2015 and 2019,Head of Brand Communications for Baby & Femcare in MEA between 2014 and 2015, Head of Brand Communications in Egypt and the Levant between 2012 and 2014, Communications Leader for Detergents & Household between 2008 and 2014, and External Relations Manager for Beauty Care Products in Egypt between 2006 and 2008.

Before that, she worked as a Senior Media Executive at Starcom in Egypt between 2005 and 2006.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the American University in Cairo in 2005.
