Head of Strategic Management at Sharjah Islamic Bank since January 2023, United Arab Emirates.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Development Forum since March 2011, a member of the Sharjah Consultative Council, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Quarter Century Foundation for Leaders and Innovators , and a member of the Advisory Council of the Community College at the University of Sharjah .

He held several positions at Sharjah Islamic Bank, including:

• Head of Retail Banking Group.
• Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Excellence.
• Vice President of Electronic Channels.

He was also the head of customer service at Emirates Telecommunications Group "Etisalat" .

He has 25 years of experience in leadership, management, excellence strategies, mentoring, guidance, customer service, and contact center development, in addition to his experience as a quality assessor and speaker on topics related to leadership, institutional excellence, localization, and citizens in the labor market.

He obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Sharjah in 2004.
