She is the founder and CEO of “ Jawaher Management Services and Consulting Company ” since October 2020, and the Director of Finance and Administrative Operations at “ Namaa Women Advancement Establishment ” since May 2019, and a member of the Board of Directors of the “ Accountants and Auditors Association ” since May 2021.

She worked for several government and private institutions, including: “ National Bank of Abu Dhabi ” between 2014 and 2016, “ Emirates NBD ”, “ First Gulf Bank ”, “Lloyds Bank”, and “ Wasl Asset Management Group ”. She was also a financial analyst at “ Deyaar Development Company ” between 2012 and 2014.

She has over 17 years of experience in the field of finance, administrative operations, financial control, internal audit, internal control, quality, consulting, governance, risk management and compliance.

She received the Diamond Level Award from the Harvard Global Business Council in 2022.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2019 from the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government , a Master’s degree in Financial Management in 2013 from the National Institute of Business Administration in Sri Lanka, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2012 from the Higher Colleges of Technology .
