Director General of the Financial Audit Authority in Dubai since October 19, 2020, United Arab Emirates. He has been the Chief Internal Auditor at Dubai Holding since March 2005, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, of which he has been a member since 2014. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He chaired the Board of Directors of TAIB Bank between 2011 and 2019, Shuaa Capital between 2015 and 2017, Oman National Investment Holding Company between 2011 and 2012, and Gulf Finance Company. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Emaar Malls and Emaar Properties between 2012 and 2020, Emirates Transport between 2016 and 2019, Standard Aero and Dubai Aerospace Enterprise between 2008 and 2012, and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the same company. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Islamic Bank between 2008 and 2011, and worked as the Bank's Internal Audit Manager between 2000 and 2005. He has over 22 years of experience in the fields of auditing, risk management and banking services, having previously held a number of positions in the Financial Control Department and National Bank of Dubai. He holds an MBA in 2015 from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1994 from Seattle University in the United States.
