She was the first female entrepreneur to obtain the golden residency in Abu Dhabi.

She held several positions in the "Australian Business Group in Abu Dhabi", including: Non-Executive Board Member between 2020 and 2022, and between 2018 and 2019 and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors between 2019 and 2020. She also held the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at "Yas Hotels" at "Aldar Properties" between 2009 and 2010, Marketing Manager at "Business in Sport and Leisure Ltd" between 2007 and 2009, and Sales and Marketing Manager at "Cumberland Hotel" between 2005 and 2007.

Kate holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Business Strategies in 2014 from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Queensland in Australia, and a Certificate in Business Administration in 2021 from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
