She served as Secretary General of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management, President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) UAE Chapter, and President of the Dubai International Project Management Forum.

She also served as Executive Director of the Chairman's Office of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Director of IT Performance Excellence at the same authority, Senior Programming Analyst at Dubai Municipality, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Quality Group.

She published a book called "Looking on the Bright Side."

She was selected as one of the "Top 30 Women Leaders of 2023" by the New York Journal and was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador in 2019 by the League of Arab States .

She has 20 years of experience in technology, innovation, project and corporate management.

She holds a PhD in Computer and Information Sciences from King's College London in the United Kingdom in 2023, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Sharjah in 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Ajman University in 1999.
