He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Holding Company between 2011 and 2020, and as the Executive Director of Internal Audit at Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) , and Secretary of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee at Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) . He was also a member of the Internal Audit Committee at the Department of Municipal Affairs, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Media Zone Authority (Twofour 54), Global Founders Company, Emirates Global Aluminium Company, and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting, auditing and real estate development. He held several positions at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at International Capital Trading Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the United Kingdom.
