He is the owner, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Nazer Company ” since 1989, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Bupa Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company” since 2011, and a member of the Board of Directors of “Diaverum Arabia Limited”.

He is also a partner in “International Medical Clinics Company”, “Nazer Dialysis and Advanced Health Services Company”, a board member of “Diaverum Arabia Limited”, and a member of the advisory board of “Anderson School of Business” at “University of California Los Angeles”.

He served as Chairman of the Saudi Al-Ittihad Club between 2018 and 2019, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Unified Procurement Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies (NUPCO) between 2016 and 2019, the Cooperative Health Insurance Council between 2007 and 2018, Chairman of the Saudi Judo Federation for three years, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Young Presidents Organization between 2006 and 2007, Oryx Capital International Inc., and Chairman of the Advisory Board of King Abdullah Medical City.

He was also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee , Head of Marketing for the Jeddah Chamber , a member of the Board of Visitors at the Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, and a member of the Middle East Leadership Initiative at the Aspen Institute.

He was selected as a member of the Young Global Leaders Organization in 2006 and one of the 100 Most Influential Alumni of the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Business.

He received an honorary doctorate in humane letters in 2005 from Goodwin College in the United States of America, an MBA in 1989 from Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles in the United States, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1987 from the same university.
