She is also a registered lawyer before all courts in the UAE, including the Supreme Court, and a member of the Legal Committee of the Dubai Free Zones Council. She has 15 years of experience in advising on the drafting of various laws and legislative initiatives. She started her career as a lawyer in a commercial office, then managed legal departments in several governmental and semi-governmental entities. She also held the position of Legal Legislation and Policy Advisor at the Research and Legal Affairs Center at the Dubai Economic Council , in addition to being part of the Legal and Strategic Team at the Investment Corporation of Dubai. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from the United Arab Emirates University , and is studying for an MBA from the Hult International Business School in the United States of America.
