Director of the Corporate Performance Management Office at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai since 2016, United Arab Emirates. She held the position of Head of the Excellence Initiatives Department at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai between 2008 and 2016, and was a participant in the Women Leadership Development Program in the United Arab Emirates between 2009 and 2011. She also held the position of Director of the Excellence Department at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 2005 and 2008, Deputy Director of the Preventive Medicine Department at the UAE Ministry of Health and Community Protection between 2002 and 2005, Head of the Statistics and Planning Department in the same department between 1999 and 2001, and Executive of Statistics and Quality Improvement at the same ministry between 1996 and 1998. She holds a PhD in Organization and Development in 2016 from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, a Master’s in Quality Management in 2006 from the University of Wollongong in Australia, and a Diploma in Management in 2002 from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
