He held the position of Deputy CEO of Group Operations at Gulf International Bank, and the regional manager of the same bank in Saudi Arabia. He also held several positions at the Saudi British Bank (SABB), including: Head of Operations and Supply between 2013 and 2016, Head of Human Resources Relations between January and May 2013, and Regional Head of Retail Banking in the Central Region between 2011 and 2012.

He also served as Deputy General Manager of Retail Banking in the Central Region between 2009 and 2010, Senior Executive of Network Services and Processing Affairs between 2007 and 2008, Senior Manager of Human Resources Relations between 2006 and 2007, Vice President of the Credit Card Center between 2005 and 2006, Manager of Credit and New Accounts between 2004 and 2005, Manager of Credit Chargeback between 2001 and 2004, and Manager of New Credit Card Accounts during 2000.

He has over 28 years of experience in operations management, human resources, retail banking and wealth management.

He participated in the Leadership and High Performance Programme at INSEAD in France, and the Finance Programme for Non-Finance Executives at London Business School.
