He has been the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Owais Enterprises Company” since 2011, and a member of the Board of Directors of: “ United Food Company ”, “Mawarid Finance Company” since 2014, “Food and Beverage Manufacturers Group in the Emirates” since 2013, and “ Oman Refreshments Company ” since 2010.

He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

He held the position of Vice Chairman and Managing Director of United Foods Company , and Chairman of Emirates Refreshments Company between March 1, 2017 and June 22, 2020.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Refreshments Company between 2011 and 2023, Union Properties Company between 2017 and 2019, Unikai Food Company between 2011 and 2014, and Emirates Islamic Bank during 2011. He was the Chairman of the Finance and Human Resources Committee at Sharjah Municipality between 2013 and 2018, and a member of the Board of Directors. He also worked with the Structured Finance and Capital Markets team at Mubadala Development Company between 2008 and 2011.

He holds an MBA from the American University of Sharjah in 2017, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering from Khalifa University in 2007.
