He is a member of the Board of Directors of “Abjar International Hotels Company”, “Mohammed and Obaid Al Mulla Company”, “Emarat”, and “Union Water and Electricity Company”.

He is a founding partner in the “Syrian-Emirati United Company for Commercial Investments” in the Syrian Arab Republic. He owns 500 shares in the company, at a rate of 5%, and their value is 500,000 Syrian pounds.

He served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Unikai Foods ”, CEO of Support Services at “ Etihad Aviation Group ”, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Unikai Foods ” between 2014 and 2017, “ Emirates Refreshments Company ”, CEO of Khalifa Industrial Zone “KIZAD” , Vice President of Corporate Support Affairs at “ Abu Dhabi Ports Company ”, and Managing Director of “ Dubai Refreshments Company ”.

He was a member of the boards of directors of: “ The National Investor Company ”, “Etisalat” , “ Commercial Bank of Dubai ”, “ Aramex ”, “ Oman Refreshments Company ”, and “ Union Real Estate Company ”.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University in the United States.
