He is the founder and CEO of " Gulf Media Network ", a weekly columnist for " Al Khaleej Newspaper ", and a certified financial and administrative consultant.

He worked in the government sector in the Department of Maritime Ports, the Department of Municipalities, the Department of Civil Service, the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority , and the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation .

He was also a candidate for the 2023 Federal National Council elections representing the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

He had private businesses in “Qutoof Real Estate”, “Ki Real Estate”, “Bin Mahircom Contracting and General Maintenance”, “Auto Car”, and “Qutoof Commercial Brokerage”.

He was known as an electronic publisher for his activity in the electronic field, where he headed the "Online Articles Magazine" and founded the "Before You Go to the Emirates" website. He also created a directory of public benefit institutions in the Emirates for researchers from inside and outside the country, as well as for individuals. He also founded a social networking site that he named "Ramsa" and the "We Can" website, and two free advertising sites, "Gulf Engine" and "We Ways".

He published two books: “Facing the Challenges,” which compiles all his articles, and “Return to the Future.” He also has many articles in the political, social, and economic fields published on “Al Arabiya Net” and “ Al Bayan Newspaper .”

He founded the Emirates News Network, which focuses on news from the Emirates, the Qutoof Electronic Newspaper, and the News of the Emirates newspaper in English.

He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Yarmouk University in Jordan, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of the South East in the United Kingdom.
